How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Ghost Hunter subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Ghost Hunter and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Why is the AI detection not working?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as the AI inference requires communication with our servers. Also ensure you've granted camera permissions in your device settings.

Is my camera data stored?

No. Images from your camera are sent to our AI API for real-time analysis and are immediately discarded after processing. We do not store any camera images. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

What devices are supported?

Ghost Hunter requires iOS 14.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad devices.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it on a new device:

  1. Open Ghost Hunter
  2. Go to Settings or Subscription screen
  3. Tap "Restore Purchase"
